This Saturday, February 6th 2010 from 8:45am-12pm we will have the oppurtunity to help sort, package, and serve food at the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank.
MINIMUM AGE FOR THIS EVENT IS 14 SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS!
Safety requirement include: no open-toe, no open-heel or high heel shoes. We recommend casual attire (jeans, t-shirt, tennis shoes).
The Foodbank is located at 1734 East 41st Street, Los Angeles, CA 90058. Please meet us there. You are responsible for all rides to and from the foodbank. Sorry! But because we have so many new members our staff can no longer provide rides for everyone.
All volunteers will be required to sign a release form! Please email GWHLC to receive a release form because parent signatures are required to participate.
Please bring in as many canned food as you can to the event!
